Brought my New Holland TC45D in for service for a few issues I have been having. Spoke to Lew in the service department and discussed all issues and informed him I would need the tractor in 2 weeks. In 10 days, I received a call from Lew stating the tractor was all done and ready for pickup. When I picked up the tractor, not only was everything fixed, but they also repaired several other things they found while the tractor was apart. The tractor is running perfectly.

I dont think Nathan could have been more uninterested in what i had to say. Make a friend make a sale Nathan, answer the phone with a little enthusiasm as if you like when a customer calls to ask you a question about a unit they want to buy. I recommend the guys at west side Tractor sale, much more personable and experienced.

Took our L218 in to have a belt replace, they worked on it quickly and had the machine back to us for the next snow storm! Our operator called few hours after starting and said the machine was not working, had no heat and no power(Dejong) never tested the machine before we came to pick it! Told our operator to bring it back to Dejong, a week goes by and we never heard a word about what they found, a price
To fix, no communication at all! We called to find out what is going on, they proceed to tell us that our machine is fixed and it’s $1,650.00 charge that they never received authorization for, but wait it gets better they also claim the alternator bracket was broke, when question why is wasn’t fixed when they replaced the belt the first time the machine was in for service, I was told by Mr.Dejong he couldn’t answer that and it wasn’t his problem that his tech didn’t do a good job. They also broke parts inside the cab when putting on a few throttle cable and never mentioned anything to us about it. I proceed to call them today, tried to talk to Bill Dejong about the issue that we had and that I want to try and resolve them and he stated he knows nothing about it and I have to talk to Nathan, tried to talk to Nathan and he wouldn’t give me the time of day and stated your machine is fixed right? Yes, but parts our broke from your tech! Well just deal with it hung up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! We have over 100 pieces of equipment in our fleet and I will never go back! Plus no I have to get my lawyer involved to go after them for all the damaged their tech did to our machine! The only good person over is Jeremy, is a very personal and a good guy to work with!
